                                      SPY REPORT

     Hail and well met warriors of BONSUR!  Know me for who I am, Zontani Sharp Eyes, 
Spymaster extraordinaire of all Alastari.  Former top team SENTINELS was unseated 
this week as CHAOS KIDS moved up from 3rd ranking to take the top spot with a 3-2-0 
record for the round.  Fortune did not smile upon REAVERS this time out who this turn 
suffered a fall into 8th position in the wake of a 0-3-0 round.  HAWK MIND caught the 
eye of many in the gladiatorial commission as he skillfully bested SAND WARBEN and 
was awarded 13 points in recognition.  In one of the week's more notable duels, JAZMO 
put down WEIGHTOFTHEWORLD, causing him to lose 8 points of recognition in the 
process.  As is fitting, the most sought after warrior on the challenge boards this 
week was none other than Duelmaster NIGHTSHADE himself.  This time out BLITZ BISCUIT 
made his bid for the throne as he challenged NIGHTSHADE in an all out contest of 
skill for possession of the title!  This time victory fell to the grasp of the 
usurper.  All hail BLITZ BISCUIT, Duelmaster of BONSUR!  Would you believe that over 
half of the old women in BONSUR seem to feel that they could fight better than you 
gladiators?   
     But come now, let us look deeper into the maze of contention and crossed blades 
that is city BONSUR.  BONSUR, city of gladiators!  Mighty among the names of thy 
guilds is ODD SQUAD, a guild shunned and avoided by many in the weekly duels.  
Methinks more than a few here could name the guild it was that spent the better part 
of last week avoiding ODD SQUAD.  Indeed it was SENTINELS.  For some warriors honor 
is not important--only empty victory.  See, gladiators, how DISCO BISCUIT of ODD 
SQUAD challenged down 20 points to MATT.  All the city knows the duel went in favor 
of DISCO BISCUIT.  I shall not fail to spread the word in other cities of this 
"mighty" victory.  I can not but mention with disdain the name of HIDEKO GENJI who 
this week posted a challenge to a warrior a full 15 points below in the rankings.  I 
thought HIDEKO GENJI showed great skill and promise when she overcame THE CITADEL.  
All right, so I slept through it!  Big deal!   
     Vendettas.  Bloodied blades and broken spears.  Indeed the city has seen more 
than its fair share of red in recent times.  Fate is a fickle mistress.  She showers 
the miserable with fortune but sets enemies against the victorious.  Remember this!   
     The girls are as pretty in BONSUR as ever I remembered them....and the fighters 
as ugly!  Don't let your reputation slip!  Ahh, but I can hear the spires of a far 
off city calling to me.  I must away!  Till we meet again, remember:  a turtle walks 
slow, hides head in a shell, and harms no one; a lion runs to slay its prey.--
