                                      SPY REPORT

     If you were disturbed from your beauty rest only to have to watch a bunch of 
ILLIS brutes like you, you'd be grouchy, too.  If this keeps up, BASHAHOLICS ANON, 
you'll have to shine swords instead of use them.  A drop of 4 in the rankings?  Of 
course, we're all terribly impressed to see BUXTON win a fight and gain 21 points, 
terribly.  Tsk, tsk, EARL HOOKER beat PAPARANGI and PAPARANGI lost 7 points.  You're 
breakin' my heart.  Due to absence, and inability to defend the throne, MY FAIR LADY 
has lost the Title of Duelmaster.  Start setting that alarm earlier!  And it's out 
with the old, in with the new, as LADY BO takes the Title and last week's bar tab 
from the old Duelmaster.  Heh, heh.  Kickbacks and bribes, kickbacks and bribes, how 
else do you think some of these guys win their fights?  Skill?  Ha!   
     My mother always told me, 'If you don't have anything nice to say, start 
talking.' I loved that woman.  KIWI CONNECTION, I suppose you'll be glad to know you 
were this turn's most avoided team.  Care to know who is the most afraid of you?  And 
who led the way in this mass act of cowardice?  Let's see, well, whatcha know?  It 
was SATAN'S CHILDREN.  Ha ha ha ha!  MURTAGH was challenged more times this turn than 
the Duelmaster.  Now was the DM insulted or feared?  Heh, heh.   
     Death and Taxes.  The less death I see, the more it taxes my patience.  Let's 
see if anyone's dead or dying.  And what a stunning loss we have here, boys and 
girls, HERMIT of ISLE OF SKYE has added the final loss to his 12-9-1.  Tee hee!  
Honor is like a chainmail shirt, it only shines through use.  Certain nameless 
cowards will doubtless rebuke me on this one.   
     There's got to be a better place in ILLIS to get a drink than The Dripping 
Blade!  Any suggestions?  Just wait 'till next time I show up here, I won't be so
